pseudocity defined...

Why is it that all good ideas come after midnight? Or is it just that all ideas seem good when you're tired?

I've been really trying to figure out what the definition of pseudocity is, and what I want it's focus to be. I'm trying to make the definition as concise as possible, but I'm having difficulty with that. I want pseudocity to investigate the urban/rural relationship. To discover the perfect balance of nature and city. I'm working on a new website for pseudocity, but I'm not sure exactly how to convey the ideas in my head. They always seem better in there...
